Lyla Brightspark helped Orin Coppercoin poison Mayor Eliza Windrider. The delirious mayor remembered her as “a kind woman.”
History
Lyla is the woman who was with Felix when the party tracked him down in Session 2. In Session 3 Escher set out to find “the girl from Felix’s room” without knowing her name. He only learned later that she was Lyla.
In Session 11, Windrider told Wilbur that Orin and a kind woman named Lyla gave her strange drinks that burned. At Salt Spun Manor in Session 12, Wilbur overheard the two of them giving her a painful “medicine,” talking about planting documents for Captain Eric Stormshield, and planning to abandon her once the election was over.
Windrider ordered Lyla’s arrest at the festival’s closing ceremonies (Session 27). The Velvet Truffle Company later released and pardoned her and Orin, claiming they were victims of partisan politics.
