Quick facts
Type: Private army · Origin: Somewhere east of East City · Leader: Commander Red (Isidar the Conqueror) · Last stronghold: Muscle Tower · Status: Destroyed (end of Campaign 1)
Based on the Red Ribbon Army emblem from Dragon Ball.
The Rose Ribbon Army was the private army behind most of the trouble in Campaign 1. It seemed to appear from nowhere in the East, destroyed towns, hunted the Star Orbs, and tried to bring the states of Arlia under its alliance, The Calyx.
Overview
Rumors spread west across the Grave E. Sea of an army that originated somewhere east of East City and called itself the Rose Ribbon Army. It ransacked towns in the East and usually left no survivors, so nobody knew what it was after. The West, which has little love for the East, didn’t much care at first.
The Army’s real goal was the Star Orbs. Its leader, Commander Red, planned to wish for eternal life and rule “all plains of existence forever.” He was Isidar the Conqueror, an ancient red dragon.

History

The Cacklers killed a dragon, raised a militia, and survived a naval battle where Army soldiers tried to blow up their own ship with the party on it. A captured soldier revealed the plan for North City: siege, attack, and starve it over time.
- Rice Town: The Army controlled dragons through a machine in Grimscale Tower powered by a rose-colored crystal.
- Muscle Tower: The Cacklers stormed the Army’s tower, fought the Ginyu Force, and killed Commander Red.
Defeat
With all seven Star Orbs gathered, the Cacklers summoned Shenlong and Juliette wished: “Revive all of those that were killed by the Rose Ribbon Army.” Everyone across Arlia whom the Army had killed came back, and the Rose Ribbon Army was gone.
